High Desert Chocolates is a locally owned artisan chocolate shop and coffee café in Downtown Windsor, Colorado, serving handcrafted truffles, hand-painted chocolates, macarons, caramel apples, specialty coffee, and Fort Collins-made Walrus Ice Cream. The Northern Colorado chocolatier also creates custom desserts, corporate gifts, logo cookies, dessert towers, catering, and event confections, while offering a free community gathering room in the heart of Downtown Windsor.
