Himalayan Bistro is a locally owned Nepalese, Indian, and Tibetan restaurant in South Fort Collins, Colorado, located in Front Range Village near the Harmony Road corridor. The Sherpa family-owned restaurant serves authentic Himalayan dishes including momos, curries, tandoori specialties, saag paneer, tikka masala, naan, and traditional desserts, along with wine, craft beer, and specialty cocktails.
