FoCo Cafe (Feeding Our Community Ourselves, Inc.)

FoCo Cafe is a nonprofit community café serving fresh, nutritious lunches in a welcoming Fort Collins setting. Its pay-what-you-can model allows guests to contribute the suggested amount, pay it forward for someone else, or volunteer in exchange for a meal, while the kitchen emphasizes locally sourced ingredients and vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.
